Rental Terms
- School holidays — weekly rentals only, Saturday 4 pm to the following Saturday 10 am (Christmas, February, April, July–August).
- Weekend — Friday evening (before 10 pm) to Sunday evening.
- Mid-week — Monday 4 pm to Friday 10 am.
- Custom stays — combination rentals available (weekend + Monday, etc.).
Booking Conditions
- Call or email us to check availability.
- A deposit of 30 {8ff668afba48a8c32d7cd1e07a33cf3fbe46e30b5b812f70686ab25eeaf23061} is required on booking.
- The balance cheque (70 {8ff668afba48a8c32d7cd1e07a33cf3fbe46e30b5b812f70686ab25eeaf23061}) is sent at booking but only cashed at the start of your stay.
Practical Information
- Pets — Dogs and cats are welcome. Fee: €30/week or €20/weekend (cheque to the SPA animal shelter — 67 {8ff668afba48a8c32d7cd1e07a33cf3fbe46e30b5b812f70686ab25eeaf23061} tax-deductible).
- ANCV Holiday Vouchers — accepted.
- Additional costs — visitor’s tax (€0.82/adult/day) and electricity (actual consumption). Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linen and towel rental available.
